It all started with a trip to Pontiac, Michigan in the Spring of 1970, where Fred discovered Otis Hicks, a.k.a. Lightnin’ Slim. Over the years he has promoted, encouraged, befriended, and supported many blues artists: Lazy Lester, Arthur Gunter, Eddie Burns, Dr. Isaiah Ross, Bobo Jenkins, Baby Boy Warren, Little Daddy Walton, ‘Rabbit’ Johnson, Joe L.
