The original Martin K-1 Major Kealakai Guitar was built in 1915 for the renowned multi-instrumentalist in the Royal Hawaiian Band. A precursor to the dreadnought, this guitar features a unique body shape, similar to a 12-fret 000, but wider, deeper and longer. Body is of Sinker mahogany with a VTS Adirondack top, all finished with Martin's Vintage Gloss finish.
