- White-bound gray pearloid fingerboard with 22 frets
- Railroad spikes at frets 7 and 9
- Fingerboard and headstock overlay feature red and black floral designs
- Double-bound resonator (deep blue inside, pearloid back)
- Some missing finish on edges of resonator
- ~5/8"maple rim with blue finish
- Label on rim reads "THE / Gibson / GIBSON INC. / KALAMAZOO / MICH."
- Single coordinator rod
- 11” skin head, notched tension hoop (original)
- Flathead tone ring installed
- Newer Gibson USA 1-piece flange installed
- 24 brackets, armrest
- "GROVER PATENT" “Window” tailpiece
