- VGC+
- Fire engine red body finish (some fading and crazing)
- SG style mahogany body
- Set mahogany neck joins body at 15th fret
- C-shaped neck profile
- 20-fret rosewood fingerboard
- Pearloid dot markers
- Headstock features decal "Gibson" logo
- Original (Japanese) tuners with large buttons
- Single-ply white pickguard (2 small cracks by jack)
- One humbucking pickup in neck position (lots of warm muddy bass sound)
- One volume and one tone control
- One piece bridge with individual nylon saddles
- ~30-1/4" scale, 1-1/2" nut, 7.6 lbs.
