Specifically designed to fit 5-string banjos with 11/16" bridge height, it's devised to adjust to the natural curve on a banjo head when under string tension. This alleviates the stress found in the traditionally-built flat-bottomed bridge. The result is less bridge constriction, enhanced low-end and midrange frequencies, plus an overall balance from string to string. Bridge is maple, with ebony top.
