Built by Byron E. Beebe in 1920, this #1421 features a 1-piece spruce top and a 1-piece maple back. The back and sides have painted flames. It has a maple neck and an ebony fingerboard. New fittings of soundpost, ebony friction pegs, and a Wittner tailpiece installed. Aubert Mirecourt maple bridge fitted. Nice deep fairly resonant tone! Thermoplastic hard shell case (broken latch). Made in Muskegon, Michigan, USA. (lower bass side rib, repaired damage is rough - not reinforced on inside)
