NO NAME MANDOLIN (1920's)NO NAME MANDOLIN (1920's) EC- except original tuners have been removed, peghead holes have been filled, overlay and newer 4-on-a-plate tuners have been installed, plus the mandolin needs work (polish frets, fill heel gap, reglue loose peghead binding and pickguard, setup, etc. - sold AS-IS), natural finished bent spruce top with oval soundhole, dark stained maple back and sides, birch neck, Venetian 2-point body shape, w-b-bound top and headstock, white-bound back, 20 fret pearwood? fingerboard with dot inlays, wave-shaped peghead, carving on back of headstock, newer tortoise plastic pickguard (two bridge pins are installed in top through pickguard), clamshell tailpiece, ~13" scale, 1-1/8" nut width, likely built by Stromberg-Voisinet the predecessor to Kay, with SSC (poor fit, black lining)
