EC, mahogany neck with boat shaped heel, bound ebony fretboard with multicolored underlays, dot inlays, 22 frets, black painted 3/8" rim, 10-3/4" head, brass hoop tone ring, 24 brackets and shoes, No Knot tailpiece, ebony headstock overlay features engraved pearl nasturtium inlay, ebony backstrap extends just below 5th fret, dowel stick stamped "COLE'S ECLIPSE", "W.A. COLE MAKER / BOSTON, MASS." and "PATENTED JAN-30-1894", five mechanical friction tuners with ivoroid buttons, nice sound, 1-1/4" nut, 27" scale, with newer SSC, price reduced (SN:4421)
