COMINS CHESTER AVENUE (2004): EC++, this model is considered by many to the "flagship" model of the Comins line, 17" lower bout, roundeded cutaway, Master Grade Sitka spruce top with f-holes, X-braced, highly figured maple back and rims, Autumn burst gloss finish, highly figured fancy multi-piece maple neck, 22-fret ebony fingerboard with split pearl block inlays and edge purfling, carved ebony tailpiece, adjustable ebony bridge, ebony pickguard with volume and tone controls, floating humbucking neck pickup, maple-bound body, multiple wood purflings, fancy burled wood front and back headstock decor with pearl shell and "Chester Avenue" banner, gold Schaller tuners with ebony buttons, 25.4" scale, 1-25/32" nut width, finely handcrafted by Bill Comins in the U.S.A., signed by Bill on the label, with TKL HSC (burgundy lining), on consignment (SN:0143)
