VGC+ but needs minor work (general cleanup, restring, setup, etc. - sold AS-IS), two-level design (black "body" attached to yellow "table" with Lucite cover over black and white painted "fretboard"), clear pickup cover intact, control knobs have been replaced, missing legs, ~22-5/8" scale, quite a few bumps, nicks, and scratches but still a very cool instrument, endorsed by the Wizard of the Strings, with black "Roy Smeck" logo (name on top of a stylized musical staff) on the black tailpiece cover - '62 catalog says this model was "developed for Roy Smeck's professional appearances"
