For all orders that don't qualify for our current "free shipping" offer, we must charge you for shipping, handling, and insurance. Any references to "shipping charge" or "shipping & handling" that you see online or hear during a phone order include the shipping, handling (including packing materials), and insurance.

For most orders, our shopping cart will calculate the shipping charge for your order. If you have a question, please contact our order department. Phone 888-473-5810 during our business hours (9-7 Mon-Fri, 9-5 Sat - Eastern).

Insurance for Orders over $300: Shipping charges include an insurance surcharge of $.70 per each $100 of value over $300.

Shipping Carriers: We ship orders Monday through Friday using:

• Fedex
• UPS
• US Postal Service.

Depending on the shipping destination and the items in your specific order, you may be able to choose from the following delivery services:

• Media Mail
• Ground Shipping
• 2nd Day
• Priority Overnight
• US Postal Service Priority Mail

Media mail is available (at a significant cost savings) for orders made up only of "media" as defined by the US Postal Service. This includes books, CDs, DVDs, and software. Media mail orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days, pending inventory availability and approval of payment.

Ground shipment orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days, pending inventory availability and approval of payment.

2nd Day (Air) and Priority Overnight orders placed before 1 pm Eastern Time will be shipped the same day pending inventory availability and approval of payment.

Air Shipments: For time-critical shipments, please phone 888-473-5810 during normal business hours (9-5 Mon-Sat - Eastern) to verify shipping charges, stock availability, and delivery time.

Saturday deliveries are available for some areas of the USA. Please call 888-473-5810 for details.

Shipping Charges: If you use our Shopping Cart, it will display the available shipping options, each with a specific charge for shipping, handling, and insurance. C.O.D. Orders: Please call 888-473-5810 for "Collect on Delivery" orders. The cost is an additional $10.00 over and above any other shipping charges. Sorry, we cannot ship C.O.D. orders to first-time customers C.O.D.
