Important Ordering Information

Backorder Options: When making an order using our Shopping Cart, you will be shown a list of "Backorder Options," which are necessary if an inventory shortage occurs. In the event that merchandise from your order is not available when your order is processed, we ask that you select from the following "Backorder Options" -
Hold my order and notify me immediately.
Cancel any missing items and ship my order.
Ship my order now and send the remaining goods when available, with free domestic shipping. If over 60 days, we'll contact you.
Use your best discretion.

Special Orders: Some products are sold only as a "Special Order." You will see the words "available as a special order" at the end of the description, along with a time estimate. It is best to call us to make a "Special Order" (888-473-5810). A non-refundable deposit will be required - 50% for products priced over $100; 100% for products priced at $100 or less.

Special orders may be made using our website shopping cart but will always require full payment, with 50% being non-refundable for products over $100, and 100% non-refundable for products priced at $100 or less.

Reservable Out-of-Stock Instruments: For some instruments that we normally stock, you will see the words "on order - expected arrival date ...." at the end of the website item description. These instruments are temporarily out of stock - but are "reservable." With a $100 refundable deposit, we will contact you when it arrives, and you will be in-line to purchase it. Please call 888-473-5810 during our business hours (9-7 Mon-Fri, 9-5 Sat - Eastern) to reserve an out-of-stock instrument.

Custom Order Instruments: You can custom order an instrument from many of our major instrument suppliers. Choosing from the available list of custom options for a specific manufacturer (for example: type of wood, color, finish, special treatment, electronics, etc.), you may be able to acquire the guitar (or other instrument) of your dreams. Please call 888-473-5810 during our business hours (9-7 Mon-Fri, 9-5 Sat - Eastern) to be referred to the Purchaser who can help you make a Custom Order.

Layaway Orders: We currently offer a layaway option up to 30 days from most instruments. A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total merchandise cost is required. Some products may not be eligible for a layaway order. Layaway orders can be made in our Showroom or call us at 888-473-5810.
