WECHTER / SCHEERHORN ROB ICKES MODEL RESONATOR GUITAR & CASE: MODEL 6535R (Spruce/Rosewood) - Master resonator guitar builder Tim Scheerhorn and monster player Rob Ickes have teamed up with the folks at Wechter guitars & instrument builders in Asia to produce this latest model squareneck resonator guitar. Designed by Scheerhorn & Ickes, manufactured in Asia and assembled & setup by the staff at Wechter's Michigan based shop. This model features the signature Scheerhorn open body design with soundposts and baffle, very high quality laminate body w/ rosewood back & sides & spruce top, mahogany neck, dual round sound holes with screenless rings, bound body & neck, herringbone body purfling, small tortoise shell pickguard, antique natural gloss finish, dot inlaid fretboard w/ simulated fret inlays, spun resonator cone, cast spider bridge, hard maple inserts, bone nut. Includes shaped wooden hardshell case.
