NATIONAL DELPHI & CASE
-
The Delphi is the classic 12-fret steel body design which has been a mainstay of the blues for decades. The body features include f-holes, a radially-ribbed, sieve-hole coverplate, and a textured, powder coat, baked-on paint finish (in a variety of colors). The tailpiece is nickel plated. Under the coverplate is the National swirl-pattern, embossed, 9-1/2" spun cone with a biscuit bridge. The neck has a slotted headstock with nickel-plated open-gear tuners, 2-way truss rod, rosewood fretboard with dot inlays and is fully bound. Neck width is 1.825" at the nut and scale length is 25". A shaped wooden hardshell case is included. This guitar is loud, edgy, and great for the blues.
