NATIONAL BARITONE POLYCHROME & CASE

Bob Brozman has championed baritone voiced slide guitars for years, and was instrumental in helping to develop the National baritone tricone guitars. They have a 27" scale length and are tuned down to "C" for a big throaty growl. Strings run .016-.064. The Polychrome version is a steel body variety with the very cool textured, powder coat, baked-on paint finish (available in a variety of colors). Other features include lattice soundholes and nickel tailpiece. The maple neck joins the body at the 13th fret, is 1.88" wide at the nut, has a solid peghead with black overlay, art deco shield logo, and closed gear tuners. The rosewood fingerboard is fully bound and has dot inlay. Sound is powered by three 6" swirl-pattern, embossed cones and a cast aluminum T-bar bridge with hard maple insert. A shaped hardshell case is included. This is a wonderfully unique guitar.
