A-style body with flamed maple sides and 1-piece back, flamed maple neck 1-1/8" wide at nut, Adirondack red spruce top hand graduated to Loar specs with tone bar bracing, Smith adjustable ebony bridge, radiused ebony fretboard with pearl dot inlay, engraved silver custom James tailpiece, nickel Gotoh tuners with ivoroid buttons, bound top, back, neck & headstock, abalone "Vine" and "Ellis" headstock inlays, Cremona sunburst hand rubbed oil varnish finish, small ebony pickguard, adjustable truss rod and shaped hardshell case.
