CARTER STARTER PEDAL STEEL GUITAR & BAG: A great entry point to the world of pedal steel guitars. This package from Texas based Carter Steel Guitars includes a single neck 10-string guitar with Nashville E9 tuning, 3 pedals and 4 knee levers. The body is made of "black birdseye mica" laminate covered hard maple and the neck of all maple plywood. There is one custom made pickup and 1/4" output jack. Also included is a gig bag, leg bag, wrench kit, owners manual, tuning chart and quick-start DVD that walks you through all the basics. This is an excellent value. Our shop reports that these are more solid than many of the vintage models we receive.
