TAYLOR "STANDARD" MODEL SOLID BODY ELECTRIC GUITAR & CASE: Destined to make waves in the electric guitar world, Taylor has yet again come up with an original and classy take on instrument building with these new solid bodies! "Standard" model, flamed maple top (tamo top as of January 2008) with ivoroid binding, cherry sunburst gloss finish, chambered sapele body, "T-lock" bolt-on mahogany neck (gloss finish) with ebony fretboard, mother-of-pearl dot inlays, 24-7/8" scale length, 22 frets, no pickguard, ebony headstock overlay, Taylor "Style 2" exposed pickups (full-size humbuckers), volume and tone controls, 5-way select switch, custom Taylor aluminum bridge, rectangular hardshell case. Bob Taylor says "We literally designed every part of this guitar ourselves, right down to the knobs!"
