Designed by the long-time guitar player for Jon Bon Jovi. Known as an electric player, Sambora owns and plays several Martins including a "holy grail" 1930 OM-45. - 000 size body of Madagascar rosewood and Italian Alpine spruce, scalloped braces (1/4" thick), tobacco sunburst finish, ivoroid binding, 41-style pearl top inlay, 45-style abalone rosette, ebony pyramid Stauffer bridge, fossil ivory bridgeins with pearl dots, beveled and polished black pickguard, black/white side and back inlay. Low profile neck (with carved diamond at peghead), bound ebony fretboard (25.4" scale, 1-11/16" nut), hexagon position inlays of abalone bordered in white pearl, Sambora's signature at 19th fret, bound peghead with pearl "heart and cross" torch inlay in ebony, gold enclosed tuning gears. Bone nut, TUSQ saddle, Martin/Fishman Gold Plus undersaddle transducer, Geib style case. Inside label signed by Sambora and C.F. Martin IV and numbered sequentially without total (not more than 200 will be built).
