MENZIES FRETLESS 9" OPENBACK TACKHEAD BANJO: 9" bent oak rim with calfskin head tacked in place, cherry neck with S-shaped peghead, violin pegs, Nylgut strings, handmade bone tailpiece, bone nut, maple bridge. Handmade in Canada by Jeff Menzies.

MENZIES FRETLESS OPENBACK TACKHEAD BANJO -
Bent hardwood rim, usually 13" diameter, with skin head tacked in place. Hardwood neck, bone nut & tailpiece, hand made bridge, Nylgut strings, well-fitted violin tuning pegs. Fine workmanship. We like 'em.
