Minstrel style banjo with adjustable-tension skin head, Walnut neck with S-shaped peghead, ebony violin tuning pegs, fretboard widens (swells) at about the octave position, maple rim with skin head and handmade brass hardware (tension hoop, hooks, nuts, & bracket shoes), hand carved whale bone tailpiece, old pine bridge, 26" scale, gut strings. Handmade in Canada by Jeff Menzies.
