HOHNER M2009 CROSSOVER HARMONICA, KEY OF C: Temporarily out of production until February 2010 - A new, top-of-the-line pro-level instrument for the discerning player in modern blues, rock, jazz, soul or funk. The laminated bamboo comb with rounded channel openings is completely sealed, making it extremely airtight, water repellent and exceptionally stable. Extra heavy reedplate with 3 screws. Flared covers with 4 screws. Fast, even response and a raspy, powerful sound that's exceptionally well suited to amplified and acoustic styles. The modern "Compromise" tuning (between Just and Equal Temperament) is ideal for single note playing in different positions, while still ensuring a full chord sound.

The revolutionary laminated bamboo comb (patent pending, and a very environmentally friendly, renewable wood) is completely sealed, making it water repellent and exceptionally stable. In combination with the screw-together assembly, the Crossover is extremely airtight, with fast, even response and a raspy, powerful sound suitable for all styles. The modern "Compromise" tuning is ideal for single note playing in different positions for contemporary blues, rock, jazz, soul, and funk, while still ensuring a full chord sound. Available in 12 standard keys and in 7 low-tuned keys plus a High G.
