Select quarter sawn Mesquite neck, ~22 7/8" scale, 16 fret Texas Ebony fingerboard, side position markers at the 5th, 7th, 10th, 12th, and 15th frets, Signature Scoop, RB Signature Bridge, Mesquite peg head cap inlayed with Texas Ebony star motif. Gotoh geared tuners. Intended to be tuned to A or D, but sounds nice in open G as well. Mesquite is an incredibly stable native Texas hardwood with good tonal qualities, nice coloration and attractive figuring. Sagmoen provides the pot and Nechville provides the neck and innovative neck attachment. Loosen the neck with an allen wrench to change the action height or remove it completely for travel.
