Chris Hamilton has been playing music his whole life. He began taking piano lessons at age five and soon began picking up baritone, sousaphone, bass, guitar, and ukulele.A graduate of the MSU music school, Chris still keeps busy composing and arranging tunes for students and ensembles around Michigan. His bass playing also appears on several recordings including: Heartland Klezmorim, Horatio Klam, Gifts or Creatures, Chris Dorman, Chris Beyer/Tea Mob Ten.

He teaches bass, guitar and ukulele to all ages, styles and skill levels. Chris teaches the fundamentals of theory and technique to give students a solid foundation to build on.
