Gift Certificates are redeemable for goods and services only (not cash) in our showroom or for a phone order (888-473-5810) We can mail the Gift Certificate directly to the recipient. Just fill out the appropriate shipping address when you check out. We'll send you a copy of the order with your credit card receipt. No taxes or shipping charges are applied to the purchase of a Gift Certificate. To redeem a gift certificate online, please enter the gift certificate number into the box labeled "Enter Special Instructions.." on the final payment page in the Elderly Instruments shopping cart.
