With four solo recordings, a Mel Bay instructional video, and a worldwide touring schedule, acoustic fingerstylist and Breedlove endorser Richard Gilewitz is perhaps best known for his virtuoso playing of the 6- and 12-string guitars.

In this combo-event presented by Richard and sponsored by Breedlove and Elderly, Richard will offer a concert (interspersed with substantial insights and amusing takes on fingerpicking paterns as a "language" for guitar) combined with a clinic (in which he'll share his interest in Breedlove guitars--he has at least three), perhaps a "sound-reinforcement session," a time for Q&A, and lots of music-related prizes.

Armed with off-beat humor and a sense of playfulness, Richard travels the world maintaining a year-round clinic tour schedule, in addition to presenting his popular "Meet the Artist" program to school children.
