Lucy Weberster has been told countless times, "you have a gift." Her music's ability to move hearts and minds to new emotions is believable! Her music is an open journal ready to read. A transparent attitude contributes to the honesty of her work. Webster has been compared to a younger Joni Mitchell in her writing and alternate guitar tuning renditions but the music is her own and she is definitely set apart in that! Nature, friends, family etc. are all are candidates for a future tune. Drawing inspiration from those around her is something Lucy has been doing for many years. Her audience keeps growing as she performs in Michigan, (her home state), and beyond! On her latest CD, "Keeping my Fingers Crossed," Webster is joined by Brooks Williams, Jan Krist, David Mosher, Jay Round and others.
