Let the good times roll as Zydecrunch celebrates the release of their debut CD, "Ton son Ton." The four members of Zydecrunch are no strangers to the mid-Michigan roots music scene. Accordionist Mike Lynch is also part of the Celtic rock outfit the Lash, and is a former member of Diatribe, Storyville, Cajun Tom and Smokehouse. Guitarist and vocalist Steve Olson was a member of the California zydeco band Bleu Voodoo before returning to Michigan and forming Diatribe with Lynch. Bassist and vocalist Joe Konkoly is a former member of the Paliminoes and Ramblin' Rose. And drummer Geoff Lewis currently leads the funk band Jive Dharma. Together they perform a mix of Cajun, zydeco, New Orleans R&B, and originals that should transform Elderly into a Louisianna dance hall. Laissez le bon ton roulet!
