EC-, refinished black at Gibson Kalamazoo factory (we are told) in the mid to late 60's, some weather checking, wear on edges of headstock and neck heel, 16" lower bout, double bound body, single cutaway, bound rosewood fretboard, split parallelogram inlays, 19 frets, two P90 pickups, 3-way switch, 2 volume and 2 tone controls, Kluson / Gibson tuners, chrome pickup covers, black knobs with chrome inserts, pickguard and tune-o-matic bridge with nylon saddles likely installed at time of refin, Bigsby tailpiece is recent addition, extra screw holes beneath tailpiece on end block, pickups, pots, caps and switch appear to be original, one spot of white paint on front near tone pot, cool look and sounds great, a real rock-a-billy workhorse, 1-11/16" nut, 24-3/4" scale, with 60's Gibson HSC (gold lining) (SN:A17748)
