GIBSON J-50 ADJ (1961): VGC, 16-1/8" lower bout, sloped shoulders, gloss natural finish, all solid woods, spruce top, mahogany back and sides, 14-fret mahogany neck, 20-fret Brazilian rosewood fingerboard with pearloid dot inlays, rosewood replacement reverse belly bridge installed, through bridge compensated bone saddle, ebony bridge pins with pearl dots, bridge-plate replaced, 1-11/16" nut width, 24-3/4" scale, 3-7/8" to 4-7/8" body depth, tortoise plastic pickguard, finish checking, pickwear on top, repaired top crack below bridge (no cleats), at one time guitar had double pickguards and top shows the evidence of such, white-bound body, b-w top purfling, replacement Grover Rotomatic tuners, good sound, on consignment, with black arched-lid HSC (burgundy lining, plastic handle has been chewed by dog, still works) (SN:26654)
