CHARLES HOFFMAN (1979): EC, D-size sunburst, 15-5/16" lower bout, 25-7/16" scale, 1-21/32" nut width, solid spruce top, solid rosewood sides and back, ivoroid-bound top, back and headstock, multiple wood purflings, herringbone trim around top, soundhole and down center of back, 5-piece mahogany neck, ebony fretboard and bridge, snowflake inlays, ebony headstock overlay with pearl "H" logo and nude female inlay, tortoise plastic pickguard, gold Schaller tuners, a fine sounding and visually attractive guitar, handcrafted in Minneapolis, Charles A. Hoffman signed label (#229 / December 1979), with near-new tweed arched-lid HSC (brown lining) (SN:229)
