EC, recent, very nice handmade Chinese work, modeled after the Hellier Stradivari, one piece back of highly flamed maple, shaded amber-orange varnish, ebony heel cap on back button, floral design on sides and peg box/scroll, fancy inlaid purfling consisting of pearl dots and diamonds inlaid in black material between two rows of purfling, matching carved pegs, tailpiece, chinrest and endpin made of athacanthus, fairly rich even pleasing medium-bright tone, with oblong HSC, on consignment
