EC-, 15-3/4" lower bout, gloss natural finish, spruce top has been refinished at some point, repaired pickguard crack, very straight-grained Brazilian rosewood back and sides (repaired minor crack in treble side waist), 14-fret mahogany neck, 20-fret ebony fingerboard, pearl dot inlays, 1-11/16" nut width, 25.4" scale, replacement ebony bridge and maple bridge-plate, new bone saddle and nut by our shop, soundhole is enlarged slightly, 3-ring rosette, black plastic pickguard (3-small holes left by removed nameplate), white-bound body with b-w-b-w-b top purfling, b-w back purfling, Brazilian rosewood headstock overlay, chrome Grover Rotomatic tuners read "PAT. PEND. U.S.A.", neck has been reset and refretted, fingerboard has been tapered a bit from 5th fret to nut, marks on the guitar back (not visible in photos) from lying on a vinyl guitar strap and some belt buckle scratching, good sound and fine vintage looks, with newer Martin thermoplastic HSC (green lining) (SN:227667)
