KALA U-BASS FRETTED MINI BASS & CASE: Cool little short scale bass on a baritone uke body, but that's where the ukulele part ends. Produces the same pitches as a standard bass guitar and is tuned in traditional EADG bass tuning. Proprietary polyurethane strings provide great bass feel and balanced tension. Deep, soulful sound lies between an upright and an electric bass. Custom Hipshot tuners, passive Shadow pickup with individual piezo elements and compensated saddles, solid mahogany top, body and neck, rosewood fingerboard and bridge. 20 inch scale, 16 frets, 1-13/16" nut width. With custom hard-foam case.
