FLAT SADDLE & NICKEL ADJUSTER WHEELS - Nice, innovative variation on the traditional adjustable bridge for arched top mandolins. This bridge has a typical ebony base, but with a continuous wide-U shaped metal support, with the "legs" of the U threaded & with adjusting nut/support washers on the "legs." The ebony saddle piece wedges on the crossbar of the "wide-U" thus increasing the strength of the saddle piece greatly and eliminating the sagging-saddle-syndrome. Bridge base needs to be fitted to the top and the saddle piece needs to be slotted. Professional installation recommended.
